He grew up fishing Stony Creek, Tye River, Rockfish River, and the Moormans River. He began guiding and teaching fly fishing and fly tying in 1990 while working at Stoney Creek Tackle Company at Wintergreen and then later for Hassett\u2019s Outdoors in Waynesboro. Tommy has spent over 20 years learning the trout and smallmouth bass waters of Virginia and loves to share that knowledge with other fly fishers.<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3>Tommy will have\u00a0an afternoon program on the fishing opportunities in and around Waynesboro.<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>For the evening presentation he will be updating us on all the new happenings on the South River.
