Joe Humphreys<\/strong> is a nationally known fly fisherman, conservationist, author, and educator.<\/h4>\n

He has been a fishing instructor to both common folks and VIPs for over forty years. His pupils have included former President Jimmy Carter, Vice President Richard Cheney, and basketball-coaching legend Bobby Knight. Joe also directed\u00a0Penn State University’s angling program for nineteen years.<\/h4>\n

He has authored two highly acclaimed books, Joe Humphreys Trout Tactics<\/em> and\u00a0On the Trout Stream with Joe Humphreys<\/em>, and many articles in regional and national periodicals.<\/h4>\n
